INSTRUCTIONAL PLAN FOR STATE-MANDATED QUARANTINED STUDENTS

The following learning protocols are designed to help ensure that each and every student in the district, whether in-person or quarantined at home, is receiving a quality educational experience. In order to do this, our students, staff, and families must work together to enforce student protocols for both in-person and quarantine. The following are parameters that should be established to ensure readiness to learn.

Please read the document below highlighting the frequently asked questions regarding state-level mask mandates. Our goal in following these mandates aligns with our commitment to keeping our school open, our students and faculty safe and healthy, and keeping our kids in person.

   ON CAMPUS PCR TESTING
For the convenience of our students and their families, and when COVID-19 symptoms appear while here at school, we are pleased to be able to now offer these PCR diagnostic tests here in our Nurse’s office.
In order for your child to be able to participate in the program, a parent/guardian will need to complete the following steps:

1. Visit the following link: https://app.clarifi-covid-19.com/ 2. Click “Register” and complete the registration process 3. Create a profile for each of your children (every child must have their own profile)

Once you have registered your child, if your child is displaying symptoms while at school, and with your permission, the student will administer their own PCR test (under the supervision of one of our school nurses) and then the district will send the test out for processing.

Although your child will still be required to remain at home until the results of the PCR test are received, providing the option to test at school will eliminate the need for a visit to the doctor’s office.
